L’accompagnement débute par une rencontre en visioconférence (15 minutes), afin de bien comprendre la situation.
Le travail se poursuit ensuite entièrement à distance, à partir des informations transmises et d’une photo.
Un suivi par courriel est effectué chaque semaine, avec une évaluation en fin d’intervention et un appel au besoin.
Un court moment quotidien (10 à 15 minutes) est recommandé pour soutenir le processus.
