In 2023, I was convicted of "illegally practicing medicine" following proceedings initiated without any complaint being filed by a client. This action resulted from a joint scheme between a mainstream media outlet and the College of Physicians of Quebec, whose objective was clear: to try to silence me and obstruct my work. The decision was rendered in my absence, without my being formally informed of the hearing, thus depriving me of my fundamental right to defend myself. Perhaps they thought a judgment would be enough to make me abandon my calling. They were wrong. No administrative or judicial decision will deter me from my mission: to support people and animals through therapeutic magnetism and vibrational medicine, whether remotely or in person.
My commitment is based on values that neither threats nor sanctions can shake: integrity, compassion, and respect for free will. The only incriminating evidence presented was public excerpts from my website, written transparently and within an explicit ethical framework. Yet, they were interpreted arbitrarily, as if they were medical acts.
